TOKYO CALLING is one of Japan's largest circuit festivals that started in 2016. Held over three days every September,
it is a large-scale music event with 40 live music venues and as many as 400 artists in Shimokitazawa, Shinjuku, and Shibuya,
cities with a particularly strong music culture in Tokyo. This year is the first time for the event to be held at SXSW,
and it will continue to play a role in sending Japanese artists overseas.
TOKYO CALLING showcase LIVE supported by The Orchard Japan
will be held on Monday, March 13 at the Elysium live house in Austin, Texas.

TOKYO CALLING will be held for the 8th time in 2023.We believe that we have made a certain contribution to the Japanese rock scene over the past seven years.
TOKYO CALLING has decided to take a further leap forward and become the first Japanese circuit festival
to hold the TOKYO CALLING SHOWCASE stage at SXSW, one of the world's leading circuit festivals.
For the first year, we will be traveling to the U.S. with three artists, The Tiva, Backdrop Cinderella, and POT,
and we hope to spread our ings to the world with you so that many more artists can spread their wings from SXSW to the U.S. and the world!
